Winter Microgreen Varieties
Subject to change with seed availability and special requests. We can accommodate varieties not listed, if given notice!
These microgreens boast deep, earthy greens, with a slight spice. It’s crunch is a great addition to savory salad.
Radish
Green leaves with a violet stem - a pleasant cabbage/broccoli flavor that pairs well in salads or as a lively garnish.
Red Acre Cabbage
With their beautiful and variegated stems, these greens have an earthy (and subtly sweet!) flavor.
Beet
Broccoli
With a yummy, mild broccoli flavor, it’s a great base or every day addition to a microgreens salad.
The stems on these greens are as robust as the leaf, boasting the crunch and familiar subtle sweetness of full grown peas.
Pea (Organic)
A fun and uncommonly grown microgreen, it has a sharp kale or spinach-y flavor. Yum!
Rutabaga
Kale
Beautiful dark leaves with a subtle pink stem - the flavor is slightly nutty with a familiar kale flavor.
Wheatgrass
A health superfood, this green does have a bitter, earthy taste. PRO TIP: It’s best for juicing :)
Having fewer leaves than most microgreens, this pea produces long shoots! They boast a sweet, fresh pea taste.

Basic Microgreens
Includes radish, broccoli, cabbage, kale, pea, and wheatgrass microgreens.
$25 per tray
Premium Microgreens
Includes rutabaga, fenugreek, kohlrabi, beet, and amaranth microgreens.

Q:
A 10x20 inch tray typically yields 9oz - 10oz of fresh product, depending on the variety. Properly sealed and avoiding excessive moisture, microgreens can stay fresh for up to 2 weeks. The cost range is calculated by specific microgreen variety (grow time) and ordering quantity.

We are based in Columbia, SC. Delivery (with fee) or pick up is available. Delivery dates will be confirmed the day an order is placed.
